Infosys Launches AI Hub for Global CMOs

06/24/2026

Infosys, a leading provider of AI-driven consulting and technology solutions, has partnered with the Association of National Advertisers' (ANA) Global CMO Growth Council and LIONS, the organization behind the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, to introduce the CMO AI Hub. The new platform leverages artificial intelligence to foster knowledge-sharing among Chief Marketing Officers by consolidating expertise, insights, and experiences from top marketing leaders and organizations around the world.

Powered by Infosys Aster, the company's AI-enhanced marketing platform, the CMO AI Hub integrates curated content from the ANA, LIONS, and the Infosys Knowledge Institute, Infosys' research division. The platform provides a secure, conversational environment specifically designed for senior marketing executives. It incorporates strong governance measures, privacy-focused architecture, and human oversight to ensure reliability, trust, and enterprise-level scalability.

Created exclusively for members of the ANA Global CMO Growth Council, the Hub converts the collective expertise of the marketing community into an on-demand resource. CMOs can describe business challenges using natural language and receive tailored insights generated from research, case studies, and executive viewpoints, helping them make faster and more informed decisions.

The initiative addresses a key concern among marketing leaders: understanding and adapting to the growing influence of AI. The launch coincides with the release of the CMO AI Playbook, developed by the Infosys Knowledge Institute through extensive research, including interviews with CMOs, discussions with marketing executives at global industry events, and contributions from ANA members. While the Playbook documents these findings, the AI Hub transforms them into a practical, everyday decision-support tool.

Key features of the CMO AI Hub include:
Interactive AI-driven insights: Users can pose questions in natural language and receive instant, synthesized responses based on curated industry knowledge. Leadership-focused outputs: Information is distilled into concise summaries, allowing CMOs to quickly understand and benefit from peer experiences and perspectives. Collaborative knowledge sharing: Marketing leaders can contribute their own insights, continuously enriching the platform's collective intelligence. Secure member-only access: The Hub is available exclusively to Growth Council members and is supported by enterprise-grade governance, responsible AI practices, and robust privacy protections.

Nick Primola, Group Executive Vice President at the ANA and head of the Global CMO Growth Council, noted that CMOs were seeking actionable guidance that could support critical decision-making in real time. He said the AI Hub transforms the collective knowledge of leading marketers and industry experts into a readily accessible resource, helping members make better-informed decisions in a fast-moving marketing environment.

Simon Cook, CEO of LIONS, emphasized that the Growth Council was established to unite world-class marketers and accelerate growth opportunities. He described the AI Hub as a significant advancement of that vision, giving members immediate access to the community's collective expertise. Cook also highlighted that AI and creativity work best together, combining human judgment with technological speed while keeping people at the heart of the process.

Sumit Virmani, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Infosys, stated that AI offers marketers an opportunity to expand beyond operational efficiencies and strengthen marketing's contribution to business growth. By blending the expertise of leading marketers with an AI-enabled platform, the CMO AI Hub turns scattered information into shared intelligence, empowering marketing leaders to make smarter decisions and generate greater business value.
