Owatonna, MN: The site achieved a 59% reduction in water usage since Q1 2024 through several process improvements, including switching from double to single mechanical seals, optimizing washer nozzle sizes, and installing GF air-actuated ball valves to prevent leaks. Brazil: The team distributed educational materials highlighting the importance of WED, water resource management, and Twentyby30™ goals. They also created an interactive game to reinforce training content and encourage engagement. Colombia: Hosted a dynamic event featuring dedicated zones for each sustainability pillar, with special emphasis on Water Management. Employees participated in an interactive “Sustainability Route,” collecting pillar signatures and earning rewards, reflecting strong cross-level engagement and environmental awareness. Hanoi, Vietnam: Conducted public awareness sessions on environmental protection, water conservation, and eco-friendly cleaning methods using bio-enzymes, helping to minimize chemical discharge and support healthier ecosystems. SMPV: Organized training sessions focused on water-saving practices to reinforce sustainable habits among employees. Thailand: Engaged employees in a water leak scavenger hunt, rewarding effective detection efforts, and upgraded faucets to automatic shut-off systems to reduce consumption.
