Suppliers of Whole Planet Foundation create microcredit programs to alleviate poverty
For 2022, Whole Planet Foundation's leading supplier donors are funding micro-enterprise essentials to alleviating global poverty through its microcredit programs. These brands, which can be found in select brick-and-mortar stores as well as in online platforms including Amazon, pledge to donate $50,000 to $100,000 towards microcredit in 2022.

WholePlanet Foundation Top Contributing Vendor Donor of the Year is R.W. Knudsen.

Donation of $100,000 this year will fund more than 540 microcredits, creating 2,700 opportunities for entrepreneurial families to thrive.

The Whole Planet Foundation appreciates the generous support of entrepreneurs who have come forward to support micro-entrepreneurs living in poverty. With the average first microloan amount of $182 in projects funded by the Whole Planet Foundation, the collective support of these brands will help fund more than 1,300 microloans in the second half of this year. These microcredits are disbursed by the network of microfinance partners. ace of the Whole Planet Foundation in Africa, Asia and the Americas, including the United States, to those most in need of access to capital to start or grow a small business, often at home. On average, microloan recipients support four additional family members, so this significant support will have a far-reaching impact on local and global communities.
