Our team in Japan is thriving! During this year’s Sakura season, we proudly welcomed 61 recent graduates to Tapestry.
Known in Japan as “Nyushashiki,” this traditional ceremony signifies a key moment in a new associate’s journey, highlighting both economic independence and personal growth. This year marked a milestone for Tapestry as we hosted our first-ever multi-brand Nyushashiki.
The annual event fosters connection among new hires, bridging brands and departments, while also introducing them to the many opportunities for internal career growth, mentorship, and development within the company.
Following their official onboarding in April, our newest team members have joined Coach and kate spade new york locations throughout Japan, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.
