Linley Developments Published Its Prosecution On Website News
Dailycsr.com – 31st December 2015 – The advertisement regarding the corporate manslaughter has been released in the news website. The conviction was against “a building contractor”.
The building contractor, namely Linley Developments, was forced into advertising the mishap on the “Construction Enquirer site”, whereby the report contained “the details of its prosecution” that took place in the month of September 2015.
The advertisement of Linley’s prosecution featured on the website on the 1st of December 2015 and it will continue to appear till this month only. Moreover, the company was fined “£200,000”, and HSE reports:
“The site’s pages are viewed around 60,000 times a day, though the advert does not appear on every page”.
