Steele explains that narcissistic partners often misuse religious teachings about submission and forgiveness to manipulate and control their spouses, leaving many victims without meaningful support from church leaders. Through both her personal experiences and practical insights, she encourages readers to end destructive relationship cycles, rebuild confidence, and create healthier relationships rooted in mutual respect and healthy spiritual values.
