Keysight After School: Empowering Students Through STEM and Innovation
At Keysight, our mindset reaches far beyond our research facilities and office spaces. It stretches into schools, community programs, and after-school environments across the globe.
Through the Keysight After School initiative, our employees share their time, expertise, and enthusiasm to encourage young learners to imagine, explore, and challenge new ideas. From igniting interest with a simple science activity to helping students complete their first robotics project, these interactions create lasting confidence that continues well past the end of the school day.

We believe education is essential to long-term progress, creativity, and a thriving society. For this reason, the Keysight After School program connects our dedication to innovation with our ongoing corporate social responsibility efforts.
In 2025 alone, Keysight volunteers helped bring STEM to life for nearly 2,000 students through hands-on projects supported by Keysight’s STEM activity kits.
Students Learn, Volunteers Grow
Each activity kit offers a chance to explore something new. These experiences build curiosity, capability, and a sense of belonging. For many students, it’s a first glimpse of what they can achieve. For our volunteers, it’s a meaningful reminder of why they choose to give back—witnessing engineering, creativity, and teamwork spark excitement in the next generation while contributing to a future skilled workforce.
One Keysight volunteer reflected on the experience, saying: “Volunteering with Keysight After School was incredibly rewarding. I worked with a third-grade class, guiding them through activities from Lego machine building to owl pellet investigation. Planning lessons for such young learners—not my usual engineering audience—challenged me to think differently and simplify concepts clearly. It was as educational for me as it was for them!”
