Whitelane Research, one of Europe’s most respected research firms, gathered insights from over 2,500 public and private sector organizations across eight European markets. Based on interviews with 224 customers, DXC was rated a Strong Performer across key service areas, including Application Services, Cloud and Infrastructure Services, and Workplace Services, while earning Exceptional Performer status in Security Services.
According to Jef Loos, Head of Research Europe at Whitelane Research, DXC is regarded as a leading provider in most of the countries surveyed, having built a strong reputation as a dependable partner. He noted that the company’s consistently high customer satisfaction levels are particularly noteworthy given the highly competitive nature of the European IT services market.
DXC also delivered strong results across multiple industries, most notably in the public sector, where it was named an Exceptional Performer with an 84% customer satisfaction score.
