Noritz Launches Commercial One Tankless Water Heater Campaign at AHR Expo 2026
Noritz America, a global leader in tankless and electric heat pump water heaters as well as high-efficiency combination boilers, will launch a new commercial water heating marketing campaign at the 2026 AHR Expo in Las Vegas, taking place February 2–4. The “Commercial One” initiative will highlight Noritz’s growing lineup of commercial water heaters, featuring its flagship NCC199 CDV Pro model, which attendees can see at Booth C4929 in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The NCC199, a “True Commercial” tankless water heater, is purpose-built for high-demand commercial and industrial applications. CSA-certified for common venting of up to six units, this high-efficiency condensing model delivers a peak input of 199,900 BTU per hour, a maximum flow rate of 11.1 gallons per minute, and a UEF of 0.98. With two corrosion-resistant stainless steel heat exchangers to enhance longevity, the unit comes with a best-in-class 10-year warranty on these components.
The Commercial One campaign will focus on the NCC199’s engineering sophistication as well as its capacity to provide scalable solutions by connecting multiple units in a single system. This design ensures consistent hot water delivery, optimal efficiency, and reliable long-term performance. The NCC199 serves as the cornerstone of multi-unit commercial rack systems, which are designed, built, installed, and serviced by Facilities Resource Group LLC (FRG), a Noritz Group company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
FRG specializes in addressing the hot-water requirements of fast-food and casual dining chains, with clients including Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Love’s, and Chili’s.
“Our commercial solutions are built around redundancy,” says FRG Vice President Ben Wirick. “By interlinking multiple Noritz tankless units, we can perform maintenance on any single heater without disrupting the hot water supply.”
In such multi-unit systems, the units communicate to distribute the workload evenly, maximizing efficiency and extending system life. - CR61 Rack: A pre-fabricated multi-unit system designed for installation on rooftops or in mechanical rooms of large commercial buildings.
- Commercial Manifold and Rack Kits: US-assembled wall-hung CMK Manifold Kits and floor-mounted CRK Rack Kits are flat-packed for easy transport to job sites. These kits simplify installation of tankless water heater systems for both new builds and urgent replacements.
- Total Tankless Solutions (TTS): The TTS Synergy Series is highly customizable, allowing designers and installers to replace large, centralized water-heating systems quickly. By combining up to six NCC199 units in a single rack, TTS requires only one connection point for each utility — water, gas, power, venting, condensate, and circulators — and can integrate storage tanks, significantly reducing on-site labor and project turnaround times.
