Hello! I’m Mandy, and I work as a Technical Project Manager. In my role, I connect people, tools, and ideas to tackle challenging problems—whether that means aligning teams, streamlining workflows, or turning bold concepts into actionable outcomes. I’m passionate about making processes smoother, smarter, and infused with purpose. I’d describe myself as someone who balances organization with creativity, and I genuinely enjoy creating meaningful impact in the work I do.
What was your path to becoming a Technical Project Manager, and what inspired you to choose this career?
My career path has been anything but linear—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I started in a frontline role, always asking, “How can this be better?” That mindset led me through roles in sales, training, quality, and enablement, where I discovered my love for solving problems and focusing on people-first solutions. Over time, I realized that project management was where all of my strengths came together—blending structure, creativity, and the ability to make a behind-the-scenes difference. Every step I took shaped the way I lead today.
How do you approach tight deadlines or shifting priorities?
First, I pause, take a breath, and zoom out to see the bigger picture. Then, I put on a great playlist and map out a clear plan. I’ve learned that agility doesn’t mean chaos—it’s about prioritizing what truly matters and staying adaptable while keeping focus. Clear communication and transparency are my go-tos when plans change, so everyone stays aligned. And yes, snacks are my secret weapon. They help a lot.
How has GoDaddy supported your personal and professional growth?
GoDaddy has given me the freedom to explore new ideas, step outside of my comfort zone, and learn by doing. I thrive in an environment that encourages curiosity, and here, I’ve had the chance to dive into emerging technologies, lead creative side projects, and grow in ways I didn’t expect. The personal and professional development I’ve experienced here has been invaluable.

I’m drawn to timeless aesthetics, thoughtful conversations, and finding beauty in everyday moments. I also share my life with two pets: Duke, my energetic Doberman, and Pico, my sassy cat who keeps me grounded.
