A mentorship-based approach providing trades professionals with flexible pathways to become Career and Technical Education (CTE) instructors, helping close the talent gap in skilled trades. - Safety Net Tool for Economic Mobility – Integrity Transformations Community Development Corporation
Through its BestFit digital platform, this initiative offers a centralized resource for organizations to assist adult learners in overcoming nonacademic challenges and basic needs insecurity. - Seniors R The Answer – Encore Employment Enterprise Inc.
A call-center training program designed specifically for older adults seeking employment, paired with comprehensive wraparound services for added support. - Veterans Electrical Entry Program (VEEP) – electrical training ALLIANCE
A pre-apprenticeship program that helps military veterans transition into civilian life by preparing them for high-demand careers in the electrical industry.
