Dress for Success Launches “Success Starts Now” Global Brand Campaign

02/17/2026

Dress for Success Worldwide has unveiled Success Starts Now, a global brand campaign that signals a new phase in the organization’s growth and direction. The campaign reflects an updated identity, purpose, and program framework designed to better address the changing challenges and opportunities women face in today’s global workforce. As a leading nonprofit dedicated to advancing women’s careers, Dress for Success provides far more than professional attire—it delivers comprehensive support for long-term career success and economic stability.

For almost three decades, the organization has helped more than 1.3 million women worldwide achieve financial independence through career development resources, professional clothing, and skill-building initiatives. Its network of 130 affiliates across 15 countries operates with a shared mission: every woman who is ready to progress should have access to the opportunities, skills, and community support needed to succeed.

“This is not about redefining who we are, but about redefining how we present ourselves,” said Joanie Bily, CEO of Dress for Success Worldwide. “Success Starts Now celebrates our heritage while preparing us for the future, ensuring women everywhere can access the resources, guidance, and pathways they need to thrive in an increasingly complex and skills-driven workforce.”

The refreshed brand includes a new logo, updated visual identity, and a revitalized messaging framework across the global network. Its updated tagline, “Igniting careers. Transforming Futures,” underscores a forward-looking vision and a renewed commitment to equipping women with essential skills for work and life, including entrepreneurship training, wellness initiatives, and financial education programs.

This transformation comes at a critical time, as the World Economic Forum estimates that nearly 40% of key job skills will evolve by 2030 due to advances in technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.

“As the future of work continues to shift, access remains the biggest challenge for women,” Bily added. “Whether entering, reentering, or advancing in the workforce, women need timely support, flexible skills, and clear career pathways. This campaign represents our pledge to expand access through digital learning and global collaboration, scale our proven programs, and reinforce our belief that every woman can build her own success story through Dream, Dress, Develop, Drive, and Donate for Success.”
