Sysco New Orleans Highlights Gulf Coast Food Supply Chain with Senator Cassidy Visit

Sysco New Orleans welcomed Senator Bill Cassidy for a conversation focused on the food supply chain that supports the Gulf Coast region.

We were joined by several key partners, including Paul Piazza and Son — the nation’s largest producer of domestic shrimp — and Oceana Group, a valued customer that regularly collaborates with our Sysco culinary team to develop new menu ideas and enhance operations. Chef Ray also prepared a selection of local favorites, highlighting Gulf shrimp and other regional ingredients.
