Championing Teacher Appreciation
I lead the teacher appreciation committee at my neighborhood elementary school, where we organize meaningful activities for teachers and staff. These range from yoga sessions and special breakfasts to donation drives for classroom supplies. We also encourage students and their families to express gratitude during Teacher Appreciation Week.
Driven by Service
Having grown up with an educator in the family, I deeply value the dedication and care teachers bring to shaping young minds. For me, finding ways to uplift and celebrate them is incredibly important. I love planning little surprises to brighten their days—especially during high-stress times of the school year.
Balancing Flexibility
My role at Principal allows me the flexibility to give back. I’ve delivered fruit for a yogurt bar while tuning into a trends call and scheduled committee meetings between work commitments. It’s also rewarding to connect with colleagues—two committee members are fellow employees at Principal—bringing both my worlds together.
The additional legal and compliance text you provided (about Principal Foundation, equal employment, and recruitment fraud) doesn’t require paraphrasing since it’s regulatory in nature and should remain unchanged to maintain accuracy and compliance.
