As per the Small Arms Survey 2015, the flaming of conflicts in the Middle East and Africa is spurring the sale of illegal small arms to rogue groups and poachers who are increasingly using military grade weapons to butcher elephants and rhinos as well as misappropriate the earth’s minerals to fuel wars and conflicts.
