Zoomlion Expands Global Crane Service and Customer Support Network

07/24/2026

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has expanded its customer support efforts across international markets this summer through its engineering crane and construction hoisting machinery service teams. From equipment deliveries and emergency maintenance to regulatory compliance assistance and exhibition support in Europe, alongside tower crane safety training in Saudi Arabia, the Company continues to demonstrate its "MORE THAN YOU CARE" service philosophy by providing comprehensive, lifecycle-focused support to customers worldwide.

To strengthen its presence in Europe, Zoomlion has continued investing in localized service capabilities and spare parts availability while ensuring frontline technicians are equipped with heat-protection gear and logistical assistance during extreme summer temperatures. In the Netherlands, the service team successfully delivered a ZCT100 crane despite challenging weather conditions, carrying out extensive inspections and fine-tuning to ensure peak operational performance before commissioning. The Dutch team also completed RDW compliance modifications and maintenance on a ZAT1600 all-terrain crane, enabling the customer to meet local regulations while preserving equipment performance and long-term value.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, a ZAT1200 crane operating at a chemical facility experienced a boom malfunction that halted operations. A Zoomlion engineer promptly traveled to the site, diagnosed the issue, and carried out the necessary repairs and commissioning, allowing the crane to resume work quickly and minimizing operational disruption. Meanwhile, in Turkey, technicians resolved an outrigger extension and retraction issue on a customer's ZRT1100 crane through on-site troubleshooting and adjustments, restoring the equipment to full working condition.

The Company's technical support also played an important role during an industry exhibition in Zaragoza, Spain. Zoomlion engineers managed equipment installation, commissioning, and operational readiness, ensuring the Company's crane lineup was showcased in reliable working condition throughout the event.

Outside Europe, Zoomlion's construction hoisting machinery team launched a "MORE THAN YOU CARE" service initiative at the Seven project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As part of the campaign, 23 project personnel—including crane operators, signalers, safety supervisors, and installation technicians—received specialized tower crane safety training. Combining classroom instruction with practical, on-site demonstrations, the program enhanced safety awareness, reinforced standardized operating procedures, and contributed to safer project execution.

Looking ahead, Zoomlion remains committed to expanding its global service infrastructure, strengthening local technical teams, and improving spare parts support to provide dependable, end-to-end equipment services while delivering greater value to customers around the world.
