U.S Water has launched an environmentally friendly sustainable solution for cooling water treatment. Hint: it has to do with phosphorous. Read on to know more.

U.S Waters has had a major breakthrough for cooling water treatment. It has launched its PhosZero™ and E-FeX™ Technologies, which are a major breakthrough for a sustainable solution for cooling water treatment.

It’s latest generation of PhosZero™ contains E-FeX™ Technology, which are a synergistic blend of ingredients that replaces the most common uses of phosphorus in cooling water applications. In this time of global warming and climate change a breakthrough in sustainable solution has major potential.

The PhosZero™ family of cooling water treatment products have been designed such that they provide both corrosion control, which is similar to that of “traditional” phosphorous and scale. But it does so without having a negative impact on the environment by way of toxic discharge which were signature traits for older technologies.

The benefits of using the PhosZero™ along with E-FeX™ Technology are:
An optimum protection against corrosion and scale, thus ensuring maximum heat transfer and thus an increase in the life of the equipment, increase in the overall working of the equipment, and reduce wear and tear of the equipment. An environmentally friendly product, PhosZero’s™ is also environmentally sustainable. It diminishes the profile of aquatic toxicity . Eliminates the discharge of phosphorous in the environment and reduces the cost of compliance while totally eliminating the cost of removing phosphorus from waste water streams. Improves the safety of the plant as PhosZero™ diminishes the dependency of acid storage and use. It helps reduce HazMat  reporting,  mistakes due to chemical handling and insurance costs.

“I am very proud of our scientists for developing this great breakthrough in sustainable treatment for cooling water. It will save our customers time and money, while improving the environment,” said Allan Bly, Founder & CEO of U.S. Water.

He went on to state that “U.S. Water seeks to identify and eliminate the root cause of problems, finding optimal solutions for each customer’s individual water treatment needs based on the best combination of chemistry, equipment, engineering and technical services.”
