Trinicia Perch's Career Journey at Tapestry: From Packaging to Global EBRG Leadership

06/03/2024

Trinicia Perch, now serving as Senior Manager of Tapestry's Global Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) Programs, boasts a rich professional history spanning over fifteen years in the packaging domain, with stints at Coach and Tapestry. During this tenure, she collaborated closely with Creative teams to oversee the production of various items such as product boxes, shopping bags, and gift packaging. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in material sourcing, vendor management, and other operational aspects. A significant shift occurred in her career trajectory a year ago when she transitioned into her current role.

At Tapestry, our commitment to fostering equal opportunities for every employee is unwavering. We actively facilitate connections between employees and opportunities for advancement throughout the organization, even if it means exploring roles beyond their current functions.

Trinicia's successful transition was facilitated by several factors, including the support of her colleagues, her dedication to fostering equity, inclusivity, and diversity, and her leadership experience within our EBRGs. The EBRG framework at Tapestry serves as a robust support system for individuals navigating their career paths, offering resources for identifying developmental opportunities, soliciting feedback, and plotting future steps. Each of Tapestry’s EBRGs fosters a sense of community, support, and inclusion while providing avenues for networking, mentorship, and professional growth to its members. These groups also serve as platforms for both members and allies to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Tapestry community.
