Sanofi Pasteur Continues To Support Local Community Students
Dailycsr.com – 20 June 2016 – Sanofi Pasteur’s “North America Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Engagement” has committed to lend a financial helping hand in cultivating the local leaders and scientists of next generation.
Likewise, it has awarded scholarships to college students. The most recent recipient of the said scholarship, as a part of “a multi-year commitment to East Stroudsburg University”, is Kristina Arvelo, a student of ESU.
On a yearly basis, the scholarship programme of Sanofi Pasteur, helps two “local associate degree graduates”, taking admission into ESU and are pursuing their education in the field of sciences. As per Ethicalperformance:
“The funding also helped provide needed scientific equipment in ESU’s classrooms, supporting one of ESU’s strongest majors, biology, which has approximately 650 students enrolled”.
