Resolve Pain Solutions (“Resolve”), a prominent provider of integrated interventional pain management care, has announced its acquisition of Spine Diagnostic & Pain Treatment Center (“Spine”), a respected pain management organization with multiple clinics serving the greater Baton Rouge, Louisiana region.
Through the partnership, Resolve welcomes Spine’s physician and executive leaders—Dr. Sean Graham, Dr. Joseph Turnipseed, and Chase Lavigne—who have joined the organization as partners. Additional Spine physicians joining Resolve include Dr. John Braswell, Dr. Thomas Fincke, and Dr. George Jiha, along with several Advanced Practice Providers and a broad group of clinical and administrative professionals.
“Spine has earned a strong reputation for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care throughout the Baton Rouge area,” said Andrew Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Resolve Pain Solutions. “We are thrilled to collaborate with their physicians and staff and are confident this partnership will enhance our ability to provide high-quality pain management services across Louisiana.”
“Early on, it became clear that Resolve aligned closely with our commitment to physician-led care, clinical independence, and putting patients first,” said Dr. Sean Graham, physician partner at Spine Diagnostic & Pain Treatment Center. “We sought a partner that would support our growth, invest in our people, and protect the way we practice medicine. Resolve meets those goals for our physicians, our team, and our patients.”
For the near term, Spine will continue to operate separately from Resolve’s existing Louisiana Pain Specialists locations, while leveraging shared operational expertise, resources, and strategic guidance. As part of the collaboration, Dr. Graham will join Resolve’s Physician Advisory Board, and Mr. Lavigne will assume the role of Director of Practice Growth.
This acquisition supports Resolve’s broader expansion strategy, which focuses on partnering with top-performing practices, strengthening its presence in key markets, and launching new de novo locations. These efforts allow Resolve to grow responsibly while maintaining a strong emphasis on clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
“Strategic partnerships like this help us empower outstanding providers while building a durable, long-term organization,” Jones added. “Our mission remains centered on delivering exceptional care and meaningful experiences for every patient we serve.”
