Regency Centers Earns Platinum Award for Workplace Wellness Excellence

For the 15th consecutive year, Regency Centers has been honored with the First Coast Healthiest Companies award by the Jacksonville’s First Coast Worksite Wellness Council (FCWWC). Achieving the Platinum level for the ninth year in a row, Regency stands among just 20 companies receiving this prestigious recognition.
 
This accolade celebrates companies dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of their workforce. Platinum awardees like Regency demonstrate exemplary wellness initiatives and foster a culture of health within their organizations, supporting various aspects of well-being such as physical, mental, and social wellness.
 
At Regency Centers, the emphasis is on prioritizing the safety, health, and overall welfare of its employees through a comprehensive benefits package addressing four key wellness domains:
 

 
Regency's commitment to employee well-being is evident through various programs that have contributed to its Platinum status. These include an annual Health Fair, partnerships offering biometric screenings and incentives for healthy behaviors, and the utilization of Virgin Pulse®, an online platform for health and wellness education. Moreover, benefits such as Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health counseling further underscore Regency's dedication to employee welfare.
 
Reese Dowell, Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits, expressed gratitude for the Platinum award, highlighting Regency's ongoing commitment to providing top-tier programs that foster a healthy and supportive workplace environment. Dowell credited the leadership team for investing in resources aimed at enhancing employee health and well-being.
 
Regency continually evaluates its benefit offerings to align with employee needs. In 2022, expansions were made to dental benefits, including increased coverage for preventive care cleanings and periodontal implants.
