PBF Energy Inc has published its 2024 Sustainability Report, outlining its initiatives to promote sustainable operations, strengthen community relationships, and uphold the level of transparency its stakeholders expect.

Since 2013, the company has cut absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by more than 30%, with about one-third of those reductions achieved in just the past three years. This progress reflects ongoing improvements in operational efficiency and refining processes. 2024 marked a milestone for renewable fuel production, as the Saint Bernard Renewables biorefinery completed its first full year producing renewable diesel. The facility, a joint venture with Enilive S.p.A., plays an important role in expanding PBF’s product portfolio.
