Motorq, a leading connected vehicle intelligence platform, has announced the appointment of Adi Bhashyam as its President. In this role, Bhashyam will oversee Go-To-Market strategy and operational scaling as the company advances its mission to deliver automated decision systems and streamlined workflows for the automotive sector.

Automotive companies today face increasing pressure to make quicker and more informed decisions about their vehicles. Artificial intelligence is set to transform operations across areas such as fleet management, dealership processes, and lending. Early adopters are likely to gain a strong competitive edge. Motorq has spent several years building the groundwork for this shift, developing a fully software-driven platform integrated directly with more than a dozen OEM partners and spanning over 25 vehicle brands. With this infrastructure and established partnerships in place, the company is now focusing on turning its data capabilities into actionable, automated decision-making systems for businesses.

“We created Motorq to fill a critical gap in data and infrastructure within the industry, and we’ve successfully achieved that,” said CEO Arun Rajagopalan. “Our next step is to build an AI-powered layer that enables automated decisions and predictive workflows—systems our customers can rely on daily. Adi brings extensive experience in designing and scaling such solutions for Fortune 500 companies, and we’re thrilled to have him help transform our data capabilities into essential tools for our customers.”

Bhashyam brings significant expertise in enterprise transformation and AI implementation. He spent over a decade at McKinsey guiding large organizations through major transformations, followed by more than 10 years at C3 AI, where he led several customer-focused functions, including global sales and customer solutions. During his time there, he played a key role in deploying decision systems for Fortune 500 companies, helping them transition from reactive processes to scalable, data-driven operations.

“Motorq has built a distinctive platform, developed over years and closely aligned with the direction of the market,” said Bhashyam. “Its OEM partnerships, trusted data access, and strong relationships are not easily replicated. I’m excited to build on this foundation and strengthen customer engagement through practical AI-driven solutions.”
