Strategic Direction
Health and safety are deeply embedded in our culture, with strong support from our CEO and senior leaders. We foster an inclusive approach where employees, contractors, and their representatives actively contribute to shaping our safety practices. Through open consultation and collaboration, we continuously enhance our programs and reinforce our shared responsibility for building a safe and healthy environment.

We also extend this mindset beyond the workplace, encouraging colleagues to adopt safe practices in their daily lives.

Striving for Zero Harm
Our long-term ambition is to achieve an injury-free workplace. To meet this goal, we go beyond regulatory requirements by investing in our people, facilities, and processes, while nurturing a proactive safety culture.

Our comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) framework is guided by policies, standards, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. We use rigorous risk management tools, measure progress with clear metrics, provide ongoing training and communication, and perform regular HSE audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

“Work, Play, Live, Safe” Program
Our Work, Play, Live, Safe initiative fosters a culture of safety across all facilities—factories, distribution centers, technical hubs, and offices. It applies to employees, contractors, part-time staff, and visitors, setting clear principles to guide everyday actions:
Safety is never worth compromising. All injuries and occupational illnesses are preventable. We aim for zero incidents at all times. Safety is everyone’s responsibility; leaders are accountable. Working safely is a non-negotiable condition of employment.

Building a Strong Safety Culture
We focus on reducing risks across four critical areas:
Occupational Health: Safeguarding long-term employee well-being. Personal Safety: Promoting safe work practices that protect individuals. Process Safety: Improving design, management, and control of hazardous processes. Vehicle Safety: Advancing safe driving standards and practices throughout our operations.

Progress and Action Plans
Our Focus Areas
Regulatory Compliance: Meeting or exceeding all applicable HSE requirements. Continuous Improvement: Strengthening safety performance through investment in people, systems, and facilities. Shared Safety Culture: Creating an interdependent culture where individuals take ownership of their own safety and that of others.
Recent Achievements
In 2024, leadership development, capability building, and consistent HSE evaluations led to strong improvements in safety indicators. Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) remained low, highlighting our strong commitment to accident prevention. Over the last decade, proactive programs such as Total Safety initiatives and emergency preparedness have contributed to a significant reduction in recordable incidents.
