06/30/2025

KeyBank has been recognized as a 2025 Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia honoree by the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia. This acknowledgment was made in collaboration with Points of Light, a globally respected nonprofit organization, along with lead partner the Philadelphia Foundation and several other regional partners. The Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia initiative, inspired by Points of Light’s national program, honors companies that demonstrate strong civic leadership by leveraging their resources, workforce, and business operations to positively impact both their organizations and local communities.

“At KeyBank, our philosophy of corporate citizenship means making intentional, lasting contributions to the communities we serve,” said Youseff Tannous, Market President for Eastern Pennsylvania. “Being selected as a Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia honoree is a tremendous honor and a testament to the dedication of our team members, who continue to give back through their time, skills, and support. We’re proud to be recognized for living out our values and helping our neighborhoods flourish.”

The 2025 honorees include a wide range of employers across the 11-county Greater Philadelphia area—from private and public companies to nonprofit institutions, government agencies, hospitals, and universities—with at least 10 employees. Honorees are evaluated based on four key areas:
Resource investment Integration with business operations Organizational policies and systems Measurable community impact
Since its inception in 2011, the national Civic 50 program has served as a benchmark for corporate social responsibility, showcasing how businesses can lead positive change internally and within their communities.

“We are delighted to honor KeyBank as part of the 2025 Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia,” said Chellie Cameron, President and CEO of the Chamber. “These honorees are shining examples of what corporate citizenship looks like in action. KeyBank’s commitment to community impact is commendable, and we celebrate this well-earned recognition.”

Aligned with the Chamber’s mission to strengthen the region, the organization also supports the Greater Philadelphia Corporate Volunteer Network (GPCVN), a coalition of businesses focused on community service and social responsibility.

The Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia honorees were formally recognized during a special celebration held on June 26, 2025, at the Cira Centre. The selection process is based on a self-assessment developed by True Impact, a firm that specializes in measuring social and business impact, consisting of both quantitative and multiple-choice questions.
