Everpure provides modern data storage and management technologies designed to help organizations derive greater value from their data while keeping it secure, readily available, intelligent, and prepared for the demands of the AI era.
The company’s solutions allow organizations to increase performance while lowering energy requirements. Through Everpure, customers can create their own Enterprise Data Cloud (EDC), an intelligent and increasingly autonomous environment for storing, managing, protecting, and accessing data across on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms, and hosted environments. At the center of this approach is the Everpure Platform, which brings storage together into a unified and virtualized data cloud managed through an intelligent control plane.
Everpure’s innovation strategy is built around three core priorities: simplicity, sustainability, and enabling infrastructure transformation. The company recognizes that simplifying increasingly complex IT environments requires sustained investment and allocates more than 20% of its annual revenue to research and development.
Everpure believes modern storage and data management infrastructure should be unified, resilient, and continuously available. Next-generation platforms also need to incorporate capabilities such as data governance, cyber resilience, compliance, and comprehensive data management, while delivering greater capacity and performance with lower demands for electricity, physical space, cooling, and day-to-day operations. The Everpure Platform has been developed with these objectives in mind, helping organizations modernize their infrastructure while adapting to rapidly growing data requirements.
These technology and sustainability initiatives are supported by a corporate culture centered on persistence, creativity, collaboration, accountability, and a customer-focused approach. Honesty, integrity, and respect serve as the foundation for the company’s workplace culture, which extends across nearly 6,400 employees working in more than 30 countries.
Everpure Sustainability Highlights for Fiscal Year 2026 Sustainable Platform and Services Everpure introduced a 300TB quad-level cell (QLC) DirectFlash Module, increasing the storage efficiency of its platform to more than 18TBe per watt. This represents a 1.94-fold improvement compared with the company’s 150TB DirectFlash Module. The company launched FlashArray//RC20, its first remanufactured storage platform, which can reduce manufacturing-related emissions by as much as 18%. Customer-returned, refurbished, and redeployed DirectFlash Module and controller inventory helped avoid an estimated 6,800 metric tons of CO2e that would otherwise have been associated with manufacturing replacement components. Everpure expanded its Purity Energy Optimization initiative, using technologies such as dynamic CPU scaling, active idle modes, and optimization of background workloads to reduce operational power consumption across its product portfolio. FlashBlade//EXA was launched as a purpose-built storage platform for large-scale AI factories. The system is designed to provide high performance per watt, including up to 80% greater effective capacity per watt and 75% lower rack-space requirements compared with competing AI-scale storage solutions. Everpure introduced FlashArray//ST™, capable of delivering more than 10 million IOPS in five rack units while maintaining consistently ultra-low latency, making it the company’s highest-performance-density platform. Through its service logistics operations, Everpure handled more than 77,000 pounds of end-of-life materials, with less than 0.25% ultimately being sent to landfill. Environmental Progress Everpure completed a climate-scenario analysis focused on transition risks, assessing the potential legal, technological, market, and reputational consequences of climate change along with corresponding mitigation strategies. Renewable electricity procurement increased globally to 46%, while 100% renewable-electricity coverage was maintained at the company’s Santa Clara headquarters and offices in Prague, Bangalore, Lehi, and Bellevue. Procurement was also expanded for the company’s colocated data center in Bluffdale, Utah. The company broadened participation in CDP supply-chain disclosures, with nearly three times as many suppliers invited to participate and responding compared with the previous year. 15% of data center employees completed the Certified Data Center Sustainability Professional (CDCSP®) course and certification. Everpure reduced packaging requirements by an estimated 23 metric tons per year by introducing reusable packaging for inter-site shipments. Social Initiatives Everpure maintained a Pulse of Pure employee rating of 8.8 out of 10 for the statement “Proud to Work for Everpure,” placing the company within the top 10% of the technology industry. Internal candidates filled 14.6% of open positions, representing a 1.7-percentage-point year-over-year increase. 98.7% of employees completed the Enterprise Data Cloud (EDC) Enablement program. Participation in mid-year employee check-ins reached 94%, up 6 percentage points from the previous year. People of color and Indigenous employees accounted for 43% of Everpure’s U.S. workforce. All Tier 1 production facilities and key strategic suppliers achieved a silver or higher rating through Responsible Business Alliance Validated Assessment Program (VAP) audits. The Everpure Foundation and Everpure contributed $3.8 million to charitable causes, marking a 58% year-over-year increase. Employee participation in Everpure Foundation giving and volunteering reached 53%, an increase of 20% year over year. Employees recorded 12,200 hours of volunteer service, representing a 70% increase compared with the previous year. Governance and Responsible Business Everpure recorded year-over-year improvements across major sustainability assessments, including CDP Climate, EcoVadis, and the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment. The company received the Nature and Biodiversity Leadership Award at the Finance for the Future Awards, recognizing its work in impact accounting and sustainable finance. Everpure released new statements covering human rights and labor practices, reinforcing its commitments in these areas. The company launched the Everpure Trust Center, giving customers and other stakeholders a centralized, continuously updated source for information about security, compliance certifications, and privacy practices. FlashArray and FlashBlade achieved Common Criteria certification, demonstrating compliance with internationally recognized standards for evaluating IT security. Everpure also established a cross-functional Privacy Champion Network to provide specialized training and develop privacy advocates throughout the organization.
