As we commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on December 10, our team at Crown seizes the moment to acknowledge the profound impact businesses can have on societal values and the responsibility that comes with it.
 
In honor of this significant occasion, we reaffirm our commitment to being a catalyst for positive change and fostering a global culture that champions the rights of every individual. To advance this commitment, we are launching a training program designed to maintain continuous awareness among all Crown team members worldwide.

This online course will be accessible through Crown's "Learning Hub" and will provide insight into Human Rights as outlined in our Policy. The rollout will begin in our EMEA locations, followed by the Americas and Asia Pacific in early 2024. This initiative is aimed at strengthening our leadership by fostering ongoing dialogues with our communities, employees, and stakeholders, building a foundation of respect, trust, and inclusion within Crown.
 
In alignment with international standards, Crown's Human Rights Policy serves as our guiding principle for ethical and inclusive leadership across our global operations. Our senior executives actively support and champion the Human Rights Policy at each location, taking responsibility for promoting it, prioritizing our people, and establishing the tone for our organization.
 
While maintaining formal standards and protocols is crucial, our Human Rights Policy transcends being a mere statement; it represents our commitment to creating a safe, welcoming, and equitable workplace for everyone. It is not merely a goal but a universal standard.
