Noël France of Avantor Recognized as Top Influential Woman in Diversity by Diversity Global Magazine

Noël France, who serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Avantor, has been acknowledged by Diversity Global Magazine as one of the 15 most influential women in the field of diversity for the year 2023.

According to DiversityGlobal Magazine, in her position, Noël has dedicated her efforts to reinforce the commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) by amplifying the voices of employees and establishing policies and procedures that disrupt and prevent bias.

Together with her team, Noël has personally visited over 20 Avantor locations worldwide, engaging directly with employees, including those on the frontline, to facilitate face-to-face conversations on important topics such as microaggressions and how to participate in DE&I initiatives and Employee Resource Groups.

Avantor places significant importance on global visibility, with leaders like Noël, as a means to keep DE&I at the forefront of its employee community.
