Lauren Gassmann: Trailblazing Woman in Transportation Recognized as Top Women to Watch
Booster, a leading provider of mobile energy solutions, proudly announces that Lauren Gassmann, Operations Manager, has been honored as one of the 2024 Top Women to Watch in Transportation by Redefining the Road, the official publication of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT). Gassmann was selected by the magazine's editorial team as one of the 75 women recognized for her remarkable career achievements over the past 12 to 18 months.
 
In a predominantly male-dominated trucking and fuel industry, Lauren Gassmann has fearlessly confronted challenges, promoting inclusivity and delivering outstanding results at Booster. Throughout the last 18 months, she has demonstrated excellence in multiple leadership capacities, streamlining operations and attaining significant performance enhancements. Her dedication to diversity and empowerment perfectly aligns with the mission of Women in Trucking, positioning her as a pioneer and catalyst for fostering a more inclusive transportation sector.

Their roles encompass a diverse range of functions, including sales/marketing (29%), safety/operations (19%), human resources/talent management (17%), corporate management (12%), customer experience/service (10%), engineering/technology (6%), driver/training (4%), and financial (3%).
