      <div style="text-align: justify;">Clarke Energy, a subsidiary of Rehlko and a leading provider of distributed energy systems, has been awarded a contract by Capraci to develop a 4 MW natural gas-fired trigeneration facility at the company's manufacturing plant in Abidjan. The project is intended to strengthen the reliability of Capraci's energy supply, reduce operational expenses, and contribute to the company's long-term sustainability goals. Capraci is recognised as one of Côte d'Ivoire's foremost pasta producers. <br />   <br />  Commenting on the project, Jacques Soulayrac, Managing Director for France &amp; Africa at Clarke Energy, said the initiative reflects the company's commitment to delivering dependable, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions to African industries. He noted that the project goes beyond installing a power plant by providing a strategic asset that enhances the customer's long-term competitiveness. <br />   <br />  The trigeneration facility will incorporate INNIO's Jenbacher gas engine technology. As an authorised distributor of Jenbacher engines, Clarke Energy will be responsible for the complete balance-of-plant design and delivery. Built to perform in demanding industrial settings, the engines are capable of operating under continuous high loads, elevated thermal conditions, and varying fuel quality while maintaining high levels of reliability and availability. This technology is expected to provide Capraci with a stable and efficient energy supply to support its expanding production capacity. <br />   <br />  The plant will simultaneously generate electricity, heating, and cooling from a single natural gas source, significantly improving overall energy efficiency. Waste heat recovered from the engine exhaust will be converted into 130°C superheated water for direct use in the pasta manufacturing process. In addition, an absorption chiller will produce chilled water at 11°C to meet the facility's cooling requirements. By integrating these energy streams into a single system, the plant is expected to improve production efficiency, lower emissions, and reduce the overall environmental impact of operations. <br />   <br />  Following commissioning, Clarke Energy will continue to manage the facility under a long-term operation and maintenance agreement. This arrangement is designed to maximise equipment availability, maintain optimal performance, and provide ongoing technical support throughout the plant's lifecycle. Soulayrac emphasised that the partnership reflects a long-term commitment to ensuring dependable operations and sustained value for Capraci. <br />   <br />  The investment represents part of Capraci's broader strategy to modernise its manufacturing infrastructure while supporting industrial development in Côte d'Ivoire. It also reinforces Clarke Energy's position as a trusted provider of high-efficiency energy solutions for industrial customers across West Africa.</div>

      <div style="text-align: justify;">Ingenium and Veolia North America have formed a strategic alliance guaranteeing Ingenium access to Veolia’s upcoming high-temperature waste treatment facility located in Gum Springs, Arkansas. Scheduled to begin operations in 2025, this cutting-edge center is designed to meet the increasing industry demand for advanced waste processing capabilities. <br />  In addition to the new facility, the agreement secures Ingenium’s guaranteed capacity at Veolia’s current thermal, landfill, and fuel blending sites across the United States. <br />   <br />  The Gum Springs facility is poised to establish a new benchmark in the safe, efficient, and dependable treatment of waste materials. This partnership, finalized months before the facility’s opening, supports both companies in addressing market needs promptly, with the agreement now in effect. <br />   <br />  Aligned with Veolia’s GreenUp initiative and shared sustainability commitments, the new plant will incorporate innovative technologies, such as waste heat recovery and on-site solar energy, to minimize environmental impacts. <br />   <br />  Heather Johnson, CEO of Ingenium, stated, “Partnering with Veolia North America marks a major advancement for Ingenium in delivering sustainable waste management solutions. Having guaranteed access to Veolia’s advanced facilities, particularly the new Gum Springs site, allows us to meet hazardous waste treatment demands while maintaining our focus on innovation and ethical practices.” <br />   <br />  Bob Cappadona, President and CEO of Veolia North America’s Environmental Solutions and Services, added, “This collaboration highlights how environmental leaders can work together to optimize the limited thermal treatment resources in the US, supporting the nation’s expanding industrial sector.
