      <div style="text-align: justify;">Skiptown, a contemporary, technology-driven dog care franchise, is continuing to advance SkipOS, its proprietary end-to-end platform that integrates operations across all five of its service offerings. The internally developed system is intended to simplify workflows, strengthen profitability, and enhance the customer journey as the company broadens its presence. <br />   <br />  One of the platform’s newest additions is a valet-inspired check-in and pickup option within the app, introduced in the summer of 2025 to improve the boarding and daycare process. Through the Skiptown app, pet owners can alert staff when they arrive, enabling dogs to be checked in or brought out without customers leaving their cars. Created in response to user feedback, the feature was rapidly improved to offer better wait-time transparency. As a result, 95% of drop-offs and pickups are now completed in under eight minutes. The process also supports more efficient staff scheduling during busy hours. This timing includes comprehensive wellness assessments at both check-in and pickup, during which staff evaluate each dog’s condition and watch for signs of injury, irritation, or other health concerns. <br />   <br />  Building on this momentum, Skiptown introduced several additional enhancements in 2026, including the PupCare Plan membership program, an SMS Text Club for promotions and event updates, and a customized in-app promotions center aimed at increasing engagement and encouraging customers to use multiple services. <br />   <br />  “SkipOS was built with both pet parents and operators in mind, and we’ve continued refining it as the company has evolved,” said Liz Sims. “Because we own the technology, we can adapt quickly to customer feedback, introduce new capabilities faster, and deliver a more seamless and connected experience.” <br />   <br />  Initially created in-house to replace outdated third-party software, SkipOS has grown alongside the company — evolving from a simple dog-walking app into a fully integrated operating platform supporting daycare, boarding, grooming, walking services, memberships, and social experiences across several markets.       <div style="text-align: justify;">Tetra Tech's FEMA Digital Communications and Content Support Services team has contributed its biggest ever update to the FEMA mobile app to date. The new and improved FEMA mobile app for iOS and Android is designed to empower survivors and enable them to make informed decisions about disaster preparedness, response and recovery. <br />   <br />  The updated app features an improved look, feel, and functionality that better aligns with survivor feedback and current FEMA branding. <br />   <br />  "We're proud of it to be key enablers in FEMA's mission to help people before, during and after disasters," said Scott Rieger, Director of Unit Operations at Tetra Tech's Federal IT Group, excited about the expanded features, capabilities, content and mobile Accessibility, which will be made available to the public with this release.” <br />   <br />  Over the past year, our team has been working to redefine the mobile app, making it more intuitive, streamlined, and useful for community members, while at the same time too strict is US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) security, privacy, and accessibility requirements. <br />  Key new features include:</div>    <ul>  	<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Personalization</strong>— Users can select a main location to get nearby weather and emergency alerts in realtime.</li>  	<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Easy User Interface Design</strong>— The core elements of the FEMA app have been revamped and can now be accessed through one consistent navigation menu, making the app much more simple to use.</li>  	<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Preparedness 101</strong>— Users can learn how to prepare for disasters by looking at slideshows.</li>  	<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Recovery FAQs</strong>— Users can explore a library of post-disaster frequently asked questions (FAQs) to get critical information when they need it most</li>  	<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Emergency shelter and disaster recovery center (DRC) search</strong>—An enhanced look and feel makes finding nearby shelters and DRCs easier than ever</li>  </ul>    <div style="text-align: justify;">Since 2007, Tetra Tech has supported FEMA's digital content and communications program and in addition to our support for the FEMA mobile app, the company has also led several significant efforts to redesign and improve functionality of FEMA.gov, FEMA Careers, Ready.gov, &nbsp;FEMA.gov and DIAMOND. <br />   <br />  Tetra Tech's disaster and emergency management experts have decades of experience supporting FEMA's short- and long-term preparedness, mitigation and recovery programs. <br />  FEMA is available for download for iOS and Android.</div>
