   <title>Lenovo Recognized for Disability Inclusion Across US, UK, and Brazil</title>

      <div style="text-align: justify;">Lenovo has been recognized once again as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” by the Disability Index, widely regarded as the leading benchmark for assessing workplace inclusion for people with disabilities. This year marks Lenovo’s fifth consecutive year receiving this honor in the United States and the second year it has been acknowledged in both the United Kingdom and Brazil. The recognition across multiple regions underscores Lenovo’s ongoing dedication to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment for all employees. <br />   <br />  “Disability talent brings distinct perspectives, resilience, and creativity that are vital for driving innovation and nurturing an inclusive culture,” said Calvin Crosslin, Lenovo’s Chief Inclusion Officer. <br />   <br />  “Being acknowledged by the Disability Index again reflects the inclusive culture we continue to build. Through our global initiatives and employee resource groups, we aim to create an environment where every employee can thrive while helping Lenovo achieve its mission of developing smarter technology for everyone.” <br />   <br />  The 2025 Disability Index evaluated six core performance areas: Culture &amp; Leadership, Enterprise-Wide Access, Employment Practices, Community Engagement, Supplier Inclusion, and Responsible Procurement. <br />   <br />  Launched two years ago, Lenovo’s Disability Advantage Initiative is one of the company’s key global programs. The initiative promotes awareness, develops resources, and integrates disability inclusion and accessibility across Lenovo’s operations. Guided by a global self-assessment in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), it has produced region-specific action plans and established a global HR task force focused on raising awareness, providing resources, and challenging conventional practices. <br />   <br />  In the three markets recognized this year, Lenovo teams implemented local initiatives to support disability inclusion:</div>    <ul>  	<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>United States:</strong> In Raleigh, North Carolina, ABLE collaborated with the LatinX ERG, HOLA, to host a ComMotion event in March 2025. The session featured adaptive dance exercises set to Latin music, transitioning from seated to standing movements, with participation from students of the Governor Morehead School for the Blind.</li>  	<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>United Kingdom:</strong> Lenovo’s Farnborough and Glasgow offices offered employees access to Autism Reality Experiences and Virtual Dementia Tours. These programs help staff, particularly managers, gain a deeper understanding of these communities’ needs, fostering empathy and inclusivity.</li>  	<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Brazil:</strong> At its Indaiatuba facility, Lenovo launched the “Be an Inclusive Buddy” program to help integrate employees with disabilities. Remarkably, our gender pay gap was less than 1%, with a 99% pay equity ratio for women compared to men among full-time nonexecutive employees. We also set goals to achieve gender and racial parity in leadership and non-leadership roles by FY26. In FY23, we reached gender parity in leadership roles, maintaining 28% representation in FY24, and improved leadership representation for people of color by 2%, reaching 25%. <br />  &nbsp; <br />  We hold ourselves accountable by linking progress on these goals to leadership performance evaluations, impacting bonus compensation. To foster diverse leadership, we promote diverse candidate slates, eliminate bias in recruitment processes, and offer leadership development programs like the AcceleratHER Women’s Leadership Academy and others aimed at underrepresented groups. <br />  &nbsp; <br />  Additionally, we continue to improve workplace practices to remove barriers, enhance inclusion, and ensure equitable opportunities for all employees. This includes DE&amp;I training for recruiters and managers, diversifying talent sourcing tools, and partnerships with organizations like historically Black colleges and universities, DisabilityIN, and Women in Tech. As a result, women represent 32% and people of color 57% of our job candidates. <br />  &nbsp; <br />  <strong>Commitment to Small and Diverse Businesses</strong> <br />  We believe small and diverse businesses are vital to a dynamic contractor ecosystem and essential to meeting our government customers' needs. Our company actively supports these businesses by offering mentoring, contracting opportunities, and expanding partnerships with diverse suppliers.       <div style="text-align: justify;">MetLife, Inc. announced that it has been named to the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) for the eighth consecutive year. The GEI tracks the performance of public companies that report gender-related data. <br />   <br />  The index assesses gender equality in five areas: leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies, and external brand. <br />   <br />  “Realizing the potential of women in the workplace by reinforcing an inclusive culture, growing careers and developing leaders is directly aligned to MetLife’s purpose of building more confident futures for all,” said MetLife Chief Human Resources Officer Susan Podlogar. <br />   <br />  “Our focus on gender equity is part of our company’s broader commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, which we believe creates an environment where our employees are energized to drive innovation for our customers and other stakeholders.” <br />   <br />  MetLife is addressing the needs of the underserved and underrepresented through a combination of investments, products and services, supply chain, volunteering, and community efforts as part of its 2030 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commitments.
