FedEx has been honored as a 2024 "Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation" by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT). WIT’s mission focuses on increasing women's participation in the trucking industry, celebrating their achievements, and addressing the challenges they encounter.

The selection process for this recognition involves two stages. Companies are first nominated and assessed to meet specific qualifications, followed by industry-wide voting to finalize the list. Each year, WIT also highlights the “Elite 30” companies that receive the most votes, with FedEx earning a place among this prestigious group.
