Invisors, a trusted Workday Services Partner, has been named one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Women 2026™, securing 65th position among 350 organizations recognized nationwide.

This achievement reflects the inclusive culture and people-first values that define Invisors. Women across the organization consistently identify the company as an exceptional place to build their careers, highlighting a workplace that encourages collaboration, respect, and professional development. Learn more about Invisors' culture and values at invisors.com/company-overview.

The UK's Best Workplaces for Women 2026 ranking, compiled by Great Place To Work® UK, is based on direct employee feedback. The organizations featured on the list have demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering equitable and inclusive workplaces. They actively promote gender balance, support women's career progression by eliminating workplace barriers, and create an environment where every employee has the opportunity to thrive regardless of gender.

Jennifer Donnelly-Corbett, EMEA Manager, HCM and Absence at Invisors, shared her thoughts on the recognition: "I am delighted that Invisors has been recognized as one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Women. This honor reflects the inclusive, flexible, and empowering culture we have worked hard to create together. We strive to ensure every employee feels valued, supported, and encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work while pursuing meaningful career growth and delivering their best every day."

Commenting on this year's rankings, Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK, said: "The organizations featured in the UK's Best Workplaces for Women 2026 are setting a strong example by creating workplaces where inclusion is experienced in everyday practice rather than simply stated as an aspiration. This recognition is especially meaningful because it is driven by feedback from women working within these companies, who report feeling respected, supported, and empowered to develop their careers.

Our research consistently shows that organizations with high levels of trust and inclusion achieve stronger business performance, deliver greater value to customers and stakeholders, and remain more resilient and adaptable during periods of change.

Congratulations to Invisors for building a workplace where inclusion is not just a policy, but a lived experience."

Matt Smith, Managing Director, Global HR Operations at Invisors, added: "Being recognized among the UK's Best Workplaces for Women is especially rewarding because it reflects the genuine experiences of our employees rather than simply our intentions. We have focused on creating a workplace where women have equal access to opportunities for growth, leadership, and success as an integral part of our culture. While this recognition is an important milestone, it also motivates us to continue raising the standard as Invisors expands across the UK."

HR Technology & Leadership: Innovations, AI, and Career Growth

Tell us a little about yourself, your career path, and what led you to your current role.
My name is Alec Erceg, and I currently serve as the Director of HR Technology & Operations at GoDaddy. Over the past five years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow within the company, taking on various roles along the way. I initially joined as a Business Process Analyst, later advancing to Senior Manager of HR Technology before stepping into my current leadership position.

I’ve always been passionate about enhancing the employee experience through technology and exploring innovative ways to create a positive impact within the workplace.

What are some of the most exciting innovations you’ve brought to our HR technology strategy, and what impact have they had on the organization?
Our team has introduced several groundbreaking innovations over the years. One of the earliest major projects I worked on involved redesigning and streamlining our employee portal. This enterprise-wide initiative required close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure an intuitive and employee-friendly platform. We sought input from key stakeholders and conducted feedback sessions to align the portal with HR’s goals while prioritizing employees’ needs. As a result, we developed a self-service platform that completely redefined how employees engage with HR.

Building on this foundation, we have continuously enhanced the portal by incorporating features such as a Virtual Agent and a Manager Hub. Our ongoing mission is to provide a seamless and best-in-class experience by integrating technology in ways that genuinely support our people.

How do you see AI shaping the future of HR in the coming years?
The evolution of AI in HR is fascinating. Rather than an abrupt transformation, I believe AI adoption will be more gradual—akin to adjusting a dimmer switch—allowing organizations to implement changes in a controlled and strategic manner. As regulations and ethical considerations continue to develop, AI will increasingly assist with administrative tasks and operational efficiencies, freeing HR professionals to focus on more strategic initiatives.

AI is undoubtedly here to stay, and it’s essential for HR leaders to navigate its use responsibly, ensuring it aligns with the people-first nature of our work.

What keeps you motivated and inspired in your role?
The ever-changing landscape of HR presents new challenges each year, which keeps the work exciting and engaging. The continuous drive to refine processes and enhance employee experiences is a source of energy and motivation for me. I also enjoy staying up to date with industry trends and learning how others are tackling similar challenges.

GoDaddy fosters a culture of experimentation, allowing us to test new ideas and improve based on feedback. Additionally, I’m fortunate to work alongside an incredible team of problem solvers who specialize in both Operations and Technology. Their dedication to innovation and process optimization is truly inspiring.

What advice would you give to professionals looking to grow their careers in HR?
Embrace change and be willing to step outside your comfort zone. HR can sometimes become rooted in traditional methods, but challenging the status quo and asking the right questions can lead to meaningful improvements—not just for yourself but for your team and the company as a whole.

I strongly encourage seeking mentorship from someone whose insights and experience can help guide your career. Take charge of your own professional growth by leveraging available resources—whether it’s reading books, watching educational videos, or exploring other learning opportunities. Investing in continuous learning is key to long-term success.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family—my wife, Lizzy, our son, Hudson, and our dog, Chloe. Life with a toddler is always an adventure, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to watch him grow and explore the world.

One of my favorite pastimes is golf, even in the Arizona heat! Although I’m not musically inclined myself, I have a deep appreciation for music and have been curating a collection of vinyl records that I hope to pass down to my son one day.

Want to learn more about life at GoDaddy?
If you’re enjoying this series and want to dive deeper into GoDaddy’s culture, check out our GoDaddy Life social pages!
