AllOne Health, a leading provider of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and comprehensive whole-health services, has been included in the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine’s annual ranking of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States. This is the company’s first appearance on the prestigious list and highlights its continued expansion and growing footprint across the EAP and whole-health sectors. Collectively, the companies featured in the 2026 ranking generated more than 627,208 new jobs for the U.S. economy during the past three years.

Keith Wasley, President and CEO of AllOne Health, said the recognition represents more than simply a measure of financial growth. He noted that the company has spent years redefining the traditional Employee Assistance Program by combining advanced technology with personalized, human-centered care. He also credited the counselors, care teams, and client partners whose work has enabled AllOne Health to serve a growing number of people while continuing to expand its capabilities.

The Inc. 5000 ranking evaluates companies based on their revenue growth over a three-year period. Eligible businesses must be privately owned, for-profit, U.S.-based, and independently operated at the end of the applicable qualification period.

According to Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc., companies included in the Inc. 5000 demonstrate qualities that extend beyond financial success. Their achievements reflect persistence, innovative thinking, resilience, sound decision-making, and a strong commitment to customers. He congratulated this year’s honorees for reaching a milestone that demonstrates their ability to create sustained business impact.

AllOne Health serves employers, educational institutions, and organizations throughout the United States. Its human-led, technology-enabled platform provides employees, students, and families with access to counseling, crisis intervention, and whole-person support. The Inc. 5000 recognition comes as the company continues to invest in innovation and expansion, including the completion of a major study examining the impact of short-term EAP counseling on individual well-being and organizational outcomes.

The complete Inc. 5000 ranking, company profiles, and searchable information by industry and location are available through Inc.’s website.

Inc. 5000 Ranking Methodology
The 2026 Inc. 5000 ranking is based on the percentage increase in revenue between 2022 and 2025. To qualify, companies must have been established and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. They must also have been U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independently operated rather than subsidiaries or divisions of other businesses as of December 31, 2025. Some companies may have subsequently been acquired or gone public.

Eligible companies needed to report at least $100,000 in revenue for 2022 and a minimum of $2 million for 2025. Inc. also retains the discretion to reject applicants based on subjective considerations.

Wesco is dedicated to promoting the overall health and wellbeing of its workforce by offering a wide range of supportive programs and resources. Employees can access local Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), which provide confidential guidance on legal concerns, counseling services, fitness and wellness coaching, family matters, stress management, and financial issues.

Employees also benefit from Passport, our digital learning platform, which features numerous wellbeing and lifestyle courses designed to foster both personal and professional development. Together, these tools encourage a healthy, well-balanced work life.

Health and Safety Training
In 2024, Wesco employees worldwide completed nearly 75,000 hours of health and safety training.

Additional training methods include daily safety huddles, safety alerts, and safety stand-downs—moments when teams pause work to address a safety issue to prevent incidents or avoid recurrence. Monthly safety discussions further reinforce awareness by focusing on emerging trends and relevant safety topics.

Operational leaders receive fresh training materials weekly through email or push notifications from Wesco NOW, our new internal communication app. Monthly compliance topics are also delivered through Passport. In collaboration with our learning and development teams, we continuously enhance our training programs by updating content in Passport and expanding use of Axonify, a learning platform that provides daily micro-learning for operations staff. These solutions allow us to tailor training for specific roles and strengthen our company-wide safety culture.

Occupational Health Services
We rely on occupational health services to deliver high-quality employee care and proactive management of injuries and health-related cases. These services are provided by qualified and accredited professionals.

Our goal is to make occupational health support as accessible as possible, whether through on-site evaluations, visits to a family physician or occupational health provider, or phone consultations. Employees in all our operating regions can access these services during work hours and in their local language. External specialists help us address hazard elimination, reduce risks, make workplace adjustments, and plan safe returns to work following extended absences.

All personal information collected through occupational health services is managed in line with our Data Privacy Notice and applicable privacy laws. Consistent with our Global Code of Business Conduct, employees’ health information—or their participation in any health-related programs—is never used to grant or deny any form of preferential treatment.
