      <div style="text-align: justify;">Envision Energy, a global provider of green technology solutions, has been issued a Notice to Proceed (NTP) by renewable energy developer Neoen for the supply and installation of wind turbines at the 179MW Narrogin Wind Farm in Western Australia. The contract represents another milestone in Envision's Australian expansion strategy and strengthens its presence in one of the world's rapidly growing renewable energy markets while advancing its vision for an integrated Future Energy System. <br />   <br />  The Narrogin project will feature 23 EN182-7.8 MW smart wind turbines from Envision, each equipped with a 155-metre hub height and a 182-metre rotor diameter. These will be the largest wind turbines installed in Australia to date. Engineered to enhance energy output while reducing the levelised cost of electricity, the turbines are expected to generate enough clean power for nearly 100,000 homes annually and supply around 3% of the yearly electricity demand of Western Australia's South West Interconnected System (SWIS). <br />   <br />  The development is Envision Energy's second active wind project in Australia within the past year, following its deployment of 17 EN182-7.8 MW turbines in the Pilbara region. It also marks the company's first grid-connected wind farm project for an Australian customer. The facility will connect to Western Power's existing 220kV transmission network serving the SWIS. Envision will oversee the supply, transportation, installation and commissioning of the turbines in collaboration with UGL and CPB Contractors, both part of the CIMIC Group. Additionally, the company has signed a 30-year Operations and Maintenance (O&amp;M) agreement with Neoen to provide long-term support aimed at optimising the wind farm's reliability and performance throughout its operational lifespan. <br />   <br />  Kane Xu, Senior Vice President and President of International Product Line at Envision Energy, said the global energy transition is evolving beyond simply increasing renewable generation to creating intelligent and integrated energy infrastructure. He noted that Australia remains a key strategic market for the company, with the Narrogin Wind Farm representing another important step in its long-term investment in the country. Xu added that Envision's Future Energy System combines smart wind technology, grid-forming battery storage and AI-driven energy management to help deliver a cleaner, more resilient and cost-effective energy future for Australia. <br />   <br />  Peter Cowling, Head of Wind at Envision Energy Australia, said the company is pleased to partner with Neoen in delivering Australia's largest wind turbines and contributing to the nation's clean energy ambitions. He noted that the Narrogin project strengthens Envision's collaboration with Neoen while showcasing the company's advanced technology and local project execution capabilities. Together with its project partners, Envision aims to complete the development safely, maintain high quality standards and maximise long-term asset performance through its operations and maintenance expertise. <br />   <br />  Jean-Christophe Cheylus, Regional CEO for Australia Pacific at Neoen, expressed appreciation for the confidence shown by Synergy and the Government of Western Australia. He said Neoen is excited to collaborate with Envision, UGL and CPB Contractors on its first wind farm on Australia's west coast. Cheylus also acknowledged the contributions of host landowners, the Gnaala Karla Booja Aboriginal Corporation and the broader local community, adding that the project will play a significant role in delivering reliable and clean electricity for Western Australia. <br />   <br />  Envision Energy continues to expand its global renewable energy portfolio by integrating smart wind technology, grid-forming battery storage, AI-enabled energy management and digital energy platforms. The company has delivered more than 100 GW of wind power capacity and over 50 GWh of battery energy storage systems worldwide, combining international expertise with local implementation to accelerate the transition toward cleaner, more reliable and affordable energy solutions.</div>

      <div style="text-align: justify;">For over a century, Radius has been building strong networks to gather, process, and supply recycled metals to customers across North America and worldwide. Today, our mission is more critical than ever. <br />   <br />  With the rise of low-carbon technologies, such as those used in electric vehicle batteries and wind turbines, the demand for metals has grown significantly. These technologies require more metal than the ones they replace. Factors like shortages of nonferrous metals like copper, manufacturers' increasing reliance on recycled materials, and the growth of electric arc furnace steelmaking—which primarily uses recycled ferrous metals—have further amplified the need for recycled metals. <br />   <br />  Through our metals recycling operations, including Pick-N-Pull, we process millions of tons of materials annually. Appliances, construction debris, manufacturing byproducts, and end-of-life vehicles are transformed into recycled metals that steel mills and copper and aluminum smelters worldwide use to create new products. At our Cascade steel mill, we produce some of the world’s lowest-carbon rebar and wire rod under our GRN Steel™ line. Additionally, our 3PR™ services offer businesses environmental solutions to enhance recycling rates and recover materials across a wide range of commodities. <br />   <br />  <strong>Advancing Sustainability in Metal Recycling</strong> <br />  Our commitment to sustainability drives what we do and underscores its importance. Nearly a decade ago, we established a sustainability framework centered on People, Planet, and Profit. In 2019, we introduced multi-year goals tied to these pillars and developed metrics to measure progress. Each year, we evaluate our advancements, refine our goals, and adopt new initiatives and technologies to keep progressing. <br />   <br />  In fiscal 2024, nearly 90% of our facilities maintained a record of zero lost-time injuries, and we achieved a 16% year-over-year reduction in total case incident rates. We were proud to be recognized by the Ethisphere Institute for the 10th consecutive year as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies and to achieve Great Place to Work® certification for the fourth consecutive year. These accomplishments reflect our workforce’s adaptability, our culture’s resilience, and the strength of our operations—all made possible by our employees' dedication to our core values of Safety, Sustainability, and Integrity. <br />   <br />  We also made strides in reducing greenhouse gas emissions at our recycling facilities, cutting emissions by 30% compared to our 2019 baseline. This was bolstered by completing an advanced air emissions control system at our Portland, Oregon, metal shredding facility. For the fourth year running, we achieved 100% net carbon-free electricity use at our recycling sites and expanded our ISO-certified Environmental Management System to include half of our facilities. <br />   <br />  <strong>Supporting Communities and Driving Positive Change</strong> <br />  Beyond environmental efforts, we work to reduce the environmental impact of our customers’ and suppliers’ operations while serving as a responsible community partner. For instance, our teams in Hawaii helped process debris from the Maui wildfires, contributing to the island's recovery. In California, our Oakland metals facility collaborated with state and regional agencies to retire end-of-life transit cars and improve air quality by removing older, polluting vehicles from use. Whether forming government partnerships or responding to emergencies, our teams consistently rise to the occasion. <br />   <br />  <strong>Positioned for a Sustainable Future</strong> <br />  As we look ahead, we are ready to capitalize on opportunities presented by the global push for decarbonization and the growing metal intensity of sustainable technologies.
