Greenheck Group has reaffirmed its commitment to improving healthcare accessibility and affordability for employees and their families through an expanded partnership with Premise Health. According to Chief Human Resources Officer Carrie Strobel, the collaboration strengthens the company's employee wellness initiatives by providing easier access to onsite medical care, virtual health services, and a wider range of healthcare solutions for its North Carolina workforce.

The newly established Greenheck Group Wellness Center, situated on the company's Commerce Center Drive campus, is operated by a dedicated Premise Health medical team. The facility offers an extensive selection of healthcare services, including primary care, pharmacy support, physical therapy, care coordination, and patient navigation. Employees and their eligible family members can also take advantage of Premise Health's virtual wellness platform, enabling convenient access to medical care from virtually anywhere. By combining in-person and digital healthcare options, the program aims to deliver better health outcomes while creating a more seamless and convenient care experience.

Premise Health Chief Operating Officer Beth Ratliff highlighted the continued collaboration as an important step in Greenheck Group's long-term investment in employee well-being. She noted that the new Shelby wellness center expands access to integrated healthcare by bringing together primary care, preventive services, and multiple care delivery channels. The shared objective of both organizations is to provide more connected, accessible, and effective healthcare for every employee and their family.

Earlier in the year, Greenheck Group and Premise Health also enhanced the services available at the company's existing Wellness Center in Schofield, Wisconsin. Based at Greenheck Group's flagship campus, the facility serves approximately 2,500 employees and their family members, offering many of the same comprehensive healthcare services now available at the newly opened Shelby location.

AEG, a global leader in sports and live entertainment, announced that its Community Foundation will distribute $400,000 in grants to 20 nonprofit organizations across the United States. The selected groups will each receive between $15,000 and $25,000 to strengthen initiatives in K-12 education, the arts, and health and wellness within communities where AEG and its partners are active.

This year’s recipients include several organizations nominated by AEG employees who have collaborated with them in the past, underscoring their positive impact at the local level. Nominations were reviewed by the Foundation’s national executive board, which selected the final awardees based on their dedication to fostering healthier, more equitable, and resilient communities.

“For 25 years, AEG has invested in nonprofits that uplift underserved communities, with the goal of helping them thrive,” said Martha Saucedo, AEG’s Chief External Affairs Officer. “The grants announced today will allow these organizations to continue their invaluable work in empowering and supporting the people they serve.”

One grantee, the California Hospital Medical Center Foundation, expressed its appreciation for a $20,000 award to support its Hope Street Margolis Family Center After-School Program. “This funding is more than a grant—it’s an investment in our families’ success, creativity, and well-being,” said Susan Shum, the foundation’s Chief Philanthropy Officer. “With AEG’s support, we can continue strengthening math and English skills, inspiring curiosity through STEAM education, and providing wraparound resources so children not only succeed academically but also flourish in life.”

Grant recipients shared their gratitude for the Foundation’s support. “This is about more than music lessons—it’s about creating pathways to jobs and opportunities for Colorado’s young people,” said Jami Duffy, Executive Director of Youth on Record. “AEG’s investment helps our students connect their talent with real-world careers in the music industry.”

Dr. Joselyn Mitchell-Parker, Director of Programs for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Michigan, added: “This award is a powerful message that our youth’s leadership and potential are recognized and worth cultivating. With AEG’s support, our Leadership Camp will continue to inspire students to lead with purpose and envision the future they want to shape.”

Similarly, Everett Glenn, founder of BOSS, Inc., reflected on the long-standing partnership: “AEG was the first to believe in us, and that support has been transformative. Their continued backing hasn’t just opened doors—it has sparked a movement that empowers our boys to lead, excel, and thrive.”
