I am proud to share Wesco’s 2025 Sustainability Report, which reflects our ongoing commitment to advancing sustainability, driving innovation, and strengthening connections in an ever-evolving world. This report showcases how we continue to shape a brighter future for our customers, supplier partners, and the communities we serve.
Throughout 2024, we remained focused on execution while progressing toward our vision of becoming the leading tech-enabled supply chain solutions provider globally. Our digital transformation is progressing strongly—we are more than halfway through building the advanced technologies and capabilities that will enhance how we operate, deliver innovative solutions to customers, and create new opportunities for our partners.
Our achievements this past year have been fueled by engaged employees, as demonstrated by the Wesco Listens survey. The results showed higher levels of trust and safety, exceeding both industry and global benchmarks. These outcomes underscore our dedication to operational excellence and fostering a workplace built on trust and security.
With global reach, scale, and an expanded portfolio of solutions, Wesco is uniquely positioned to address critical infrastructure needs worldwide—spanning energy generation, modernization of electrical grids, automation, connectivity, security, and resilient supply chains. I am deeply grateful to our talented team, whose dedication and hard work make this possible.
In 2024, we made meaningful progress across four focus areas:
Environmental Stewardship We continued advancing our sustainability strategy, moving closer to our 2030 carbon reduction target. Our investments in renewable energy highlight our commitment to reducing environmental impact and promoting cleaner energy solutions.
Empowering People and Communities We believe investing in our people drives long-term growth and success. Last year, Wesco employees completed over 172,000 hours of training and development, strengthening skills, encouraging innovation, and promoting inclusivity. We also introduced the Wesco Cares Scholarship Program, awarding $200,000 to students in the U.S. pursuing specialized careers in the electrical industry.
Our employees went above and beyond in supporting their communities—volunteering over 3,000 hours and responding to disasters and emergencies. Through the Wesco Cares program, we expanded our partnership with Habitat for Humanity, contributing to initiatives like Home Equals and building sustainable homes in Chiapas, Mexico, as well as supporting the 2024 Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project in St. Paul, Minnesota. We also joined the American Red Cross’s Annual Disaster Giving Program to aid rapid disaster response efforts worldwide.
Ethics and Governance At Wesco, integrity guides everything we do. Our global compliance program reinforces accountability and transparency while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Innovation for a Greener Future We continue to broaden our portfolio of sustainable products and services, supporting customers in reaching their own environmental goals. From energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions to scalable supply chain programs, our offerings adapt to evolving market needs across residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects. Innovation remains central to our success, enabling us to deliver greater value while advancing environmental responsibility.
