Veeva Systems has introduced a new environmental monitoring (EM) solution designed to enhance quality control (QC) within manufacturing environments. The cloud-based Veeva Environmental Monitoring application, integrated with Veeva LIMS, allows laboratories and production sites to plan, capture, and evaluate environmental samples, supporting compliance with GMP requirements and internal sterility guidelines.

As a component of the Veeva Quality Cloud, the Environmental Monitoring solution connects seamlessly with other Veeva quality applications, helping organizations eliminate fragmented data systems and manual, paper-driven workflows that can delay batch release. Through this unified QC approach, users can automatically trigger quality events in Veeva QMS, access relevant procedures via Veeva QualityDocs, and share essential environmental monitoring data with Veeva Batch Release to streamline release timelines.
