Kexing Biopharm participated in CPHI Milan 2026, held from October 6 to 8, presenting its global innovative drug pipeline, biosimilars developed through collaborative partnerships, and a diverse range of medicines already marketed internationally. The event also provided an opportunity for the company to connect with pharmaceutical buyers, biotechnology businesses, and industry stakeholders from across the globe.

Over recent years, Kexing Biopharm has developed a well-established platform for international product commercialization. The company has secured overseas collaboration agreements covering more than 30 products with several pharmaceutical companies in China. Its portfolio spans key therapeutic fields, including oncology, autoimmune disorders, and metabolic diseases. The company’s commercial network now extends to approximately 70 countries and regions, while it has filed nearly 200 overseas product registration applications.

Europe remains an important market for Kexing Biopharm’s flagship product, albumin-bound paclitaxel, which is already available in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other markets. In response to unmet medical needs and emerging market opportunities, the company is also advancing the development of more than 10 high-value biosimilars intended for international markets.

As part of its strategy to strengthen its European footprint, Kexing Biopharm has established a subsidiary in Germany and is progressing with plans to establish local entities in France, Spain, Italy, the UK, the Netherlands, and other markets. These regional operations are expected to improve responsiveness to local customer requirements and foster stronger, long-term partnerships. Participation in European CPHI events over successive years has further supported the company’s efforts to expand its regional presence and engage directly with industry counterparts.

The company’s strategic focus combines innovation with internationalization. At CPHI Milan, visitors showed interest in its innovative drug pipeline, particularly research targeting cancer cachexia, ophthalmic conditions, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Several of these development programs address chronic conditions and areas where significant unmet medical needs remain.

Maintaining high product quality is central to Kexing Biopharm’s international expansion strategy. Drawing on 30 years of experience in large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing, the company has developed established production capabilities and quality management systems. Its albumin-bound paclitaxel manufacturing line has obtained EU Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification, and the product has secured approvals in more than 40 countries and regions.

Looking ahead, Kexing Biopharm plans to continue investing in the development and commercialization of high-quality medicines. By working closely with partners around the world, the company aims to broaden access to innovative treatments and contribute to improved global health outcomes.
